Tom Ciskowski Not Going To Indy After All

The Cowboys' director of scouting interviewed for the Colts' GM position last week

One of the more important figures working behind the scenes at Valley Ranch is staying there, at least for now.

The Indianapolis Colts have decided against signing Dallas Cowboys’ assistant personnel director Tom Ciskowski as their new general manager, opting instead to go with Ryan Grigson of the Philadelphia Eagles. Ciskowski interviewed for the position last week, but reports of Grigson’s impending hiring began to emerge today.

Ciskowski has been with Dallas since 1992, and was named director of college and pro scouting in 2008.
