    The Pour House
    The Pour House, at it's former location of 205 W. 5th Street in downtown Fort Worth. It plans to move into the West 7th development by June.

    Eric Tschetter's Pour House plans to open back up in Fort Worth.

    Tschetter told the Star-Telegram that he expects the restaurant to open in June as part of the $200 million West 7th project in Fort Worth.

    The 13-acre project is said to be 60% leased with tenants like Movie Tavern, Lucky Strike Lanes, and Fireside Pies.

    Joining the development are Bailey's Prime Plus Steakhouse, Delaney's Irish Pub, and Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill.
