AT&T Says Its 3G Service Back in Business

AT&T said problems with its 3G voice service Monday evening in the Dallas area have been fixed.

Customers reported that they were unable to make or receive calls. Those customers said they receive an error message that the call failed when trying to make a call. Incoming calls did not connect to their phones.

AT&T Inc. said an equipment issue caused some customers to experience issues. The Dallas-based company said technicians resolved the issue and voice service "should be working normally."
