In a weekly staple, we'll discuss who's in a groove and who's in a rut for the Texas Rangers.

Who's On?

Adrian Beltre — This guy just won't cool off. He's hitting .345 over his last seven games, is riding a 12-game hitting streak and has two doubles, a triple and three homers in his last seven games with a team-high six RBIs.

Alex Rios — The Rangers' second-best hitter this year is starting to heat up again after an extended slump. He's hitting .323 with two doubles, a homer and five RBIs in his last seven games.

Leonys Martin — The center fielder has shown some power recently, as he's hit two homers in his last seven games to go with a triple. He also has five RBIs in that span.

Who's Off?

Rougned Odor — After seeing his batting average reach up to .302, Odor has gone on a long slump as opposing pitchers are starting to get tape on the 20-year-old second baseman. In his last seven games, Odor is hitting just .192.

Bullpen — Other than Shawn Tolleson, Neftali Feliz and Joakim Soria, the Rangers' bullpen regulars have hit a wall. Neal Cotts has a 7.71 ERA in the last week, and several other key pieces are feeling the same effects of being overworked like Jason Frasor (11.57) and Aaron Poreda (22.50).
