Could Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones finally be over his well-reported infatuation with Johnny Manziel?

According to Jones’s friend and fellow ultra-wealthy guy T. Boone Pickens, yes.

Pickens told TMZ Sports this week that Jones told him over dinner that "Manziel's not on the list” of potential hires for the Cowboys.

"I don't know who he's got on the list, but he said at the table, at dinner, he said Manziel's not on the list,” Pickens said.

Pickens took it a step further than what Jones told him, and opined that Manziel could be done in the NFL.

"There's no place for Manziel,” Pickens said. “He's through with football.”
