Ratliff Questionable With Knee Injury

If the Dallas Cowboys suddenly hot pass rush is to tear apart the Seattle Seahawks offensive line goulash, which seems to be a popular prediction going into Sunday's game, they will have to do so without a key component.

The Dallas Morning News has reported that nose tackle Jay Ratliff has been listed as questionable with a knee injury.

Ratliff, a former Pro Bowler and the defensive line's leading tackler, suffered the injury during Thursday's practice. He sat out Friday, while getting treatment.

"We think it will get well but how quickly it will get well we don't know for sure," said head coach Wade Phillips. "He's a Pro Bowl caliber player and he's playing at that level this year again. He's not out yet but if he weren't to play that certainly sets you back some."

If Ratliff is forced to miss Sunday's game, he will be replaced by Junior Siavii. Defensive end Marcus Spears will serve as Siavii's back-up.

Ratliff has not missed a game due to injury since the regular season finale in 2007.
