Rangers Lineup, at Full Strength, Will be Scary

It's hard to look at positives coming off a sweep at the hands of one of the worst teams in the division, but the Rangers have plenty to look forward to in the near future.

Yu Darvish will make what should be his final rehab start on Sunday in Frisco, and that's not even what we're going to talk about today.

No, that'd be the Rangers' lineup, which should, in theory, be pretty ridiculous very soon.

When Rougned Odor comes back from his suspension, whenever that begins and for however long it lasts, the Rangers should be at full strength as long as there are no further injuries.

Imagine a lineup that looks something like this:

1. Rougned Odor

2. Ian Desmond

3. Nomar Mazara

4. Adrian Beltre

5. Prince Fielder

6. Shin-Soo Choo

7. Mitch Moreland

8. Elvis Andrus

9. Catcher (either Bryan Holaday or Brian Wilson)

You could even switch Andrus and the catcher and get some speed in the 9-hole to "turn over the lineup" and that could be productive, as well.

Assuming all those guys are healthy and doing well, that's a stout lineup, especially when you consider Prince Fielder really can't be any worse than he has been this year.
