Like us fans, Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant is ready for this preseason nonsense to be over and the regular season to begin.
Bryant made that point clear on Saturday night after catching three passes for 59 yards and a touchdown against the Baltimore Ravens in the team’s second preseason matchup.
“I’m ready for the real deal,” Bryant said, per the team’s website. “This is not the real deal. I’m waiting on what’s real.”
One preseason game in, Bryant likes what he sees out of Scott Linehan, who took the reins of the offense this offseason after spending five years as the offensive coordinator in Detroit.
“We’re more in attack mode. It’s our mindset--it’s what we want to do,” Bryant said “It’s who we want to be. We’re going to go out and try to be the best and that’s our mindset.”
