At this time last year, the Cowboys' 2014 schedule was released and was tabbed as the 18th toughest schedule in the NFL — just barely in the bottom half of the 32-team league.

When the season ended and we were able to look back, the schedule was the 32nd toughest, also known as the easiest in the league, and the Cowboys took advantage of it with a shocking 12-4 record and a trip to the Divisional Round of the NFC playoff when they lost a heartbreaker to the Packers at Lambeau Field.

As we know, the quality of NFL teams can change drastically from year to year and the league has become known for its great amount of parity, so it's really anyone's guess as to how good a team will be from year to year.

With that said, the Cowboys' 2015 schedule was released last week, and using last year's records was tabbed as the 24th toughest schedule among the 32 teams. On the surface, that'd seem like the Cowboys will be in great shape in 2015, but again, you never know.

Here's a look at the Cowboys' opponents in 2015. Dates were not released.

Home: New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, New York Jets, and Atlanta Falcons.

Away: New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The obvious big names that stick out here are the Patriots and Seahawks at home and a return trip to Lambeau Field, the scene of the crime in the Divisional Round game when Dez Bryant was robbed of a spectacular catch.
