The Dallas Independent School District will hold several meetings to continue discussions regarding partnership and privatization proposals.
District administration leaders, parents and teachers will meet for the "Partnership Policy Conversation."
Some administrators within the district believe they could get more funding for students if they let other organizations run specialized programs.
According to the Texas Education Agency, when compared to Dallas ISD, charter schools receive greater funding per students.
