Ariz. Couple's Disappearance: Person of Interest Detained

A "person of interest" was arrested in connection to the Arizona couple that went missing on June 22 as the sheriff is now calling the disappearance a case of foul play. "We have a person of interest detained who we believe is involved in their disappearance," said Mark Clark, a spokesman for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. Early in the day, sheriff's detectives executed a search warrant at a Maricopa home where investigators were seen digging by the house. Michael and Tina Careccia's family members said the couple planned to run an errand the day they went missing but never returned. The sheriff's office said Tuesday that "we are confident that foul play is involved in their disappearance."
