The Weatherford Independent School District will make up for recent bad weather days on June 1 and June 2.
The days are the district's designated makeup days and had been scheduled as early release days.
State law requires Texas school districts to make up two bad weather days per school year.
The district is planning on submitting a waiver to the state for the remaining school closure days.
