Texas Department of Transportation cameras captured video of new born birds in a nest atop one of Dallas' structures.
The TXDOT camera located at State Highway 114 and Rochelle West showed birds, which appeared to be eaglets, getting comfortable in a nest.
Video shows the birds protecting each other with their wings and settling in to the nest.
