Dallas police say they do not plan to charge a truck driver that hit a man in a wheelchair Monday morning.
The pickup truck hit the man on South Riverfront Boulevard, near the Dallas Mixmaster, just before 5:30 a.m.
Officers told NBC 5 the man in the wheelchair should not have been in the roadway.
At last check, the man remains hospitalized in serious condition.
