Six Flags Over Texas Aims to Break World Record for Biggest Snowball Fight

Even though Texans are not used to the snow, Six Flags is having its national snow day and parks across the country are attempting to break the record for world's largest snowball fight.

Six Flags Over Texas will open registration tables to participate in the snowball fight on Saturday Dec. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Participants will then head to the Looney Tunes section where the event will take place.

Following the event guests will be allowed exclusive ride time for some of the rides in the park as well as the opportunity to meet and greet the Looney Tunes characters.

Canada holds the current world record of 8,200 participants with real snow. However, Six Flags aims at reaching 9,000 participants with fake snow.

The park will open to the general public at noon.
