Second Arrest in U.S. 75 Biker Blockade

The Dallas Police Department has made a second arrest in connection with a YouTube video showing dozens of bikers stopping traffic on Central Expressway on Memorial Day weekend.

Kenneth Ray Hernandez, 27, was arrested Wednesday in Grapevine according to police. Hernandez is charged with graffiti, a state jail felony.

If convicted, Hernandez faces from 180 days to two years and a fine up to $10,000.

Hernandez is the second person arrested through cell phone videos showing motorcyclists performing tricks and people spray painting graffiti on the highway while shutting down U.S. 75 for nearly four minutes.

Thomas Roberts, 35, was arrested two weeks ago on a graffiti charge.

Police said they continue to use social media and tips to identify those involved in the incident.

Dallas police continue to ask motorists to write down license plate numbers of dangerous bikers and to report them to police.
