Dallas police said a critical missing deaf woman has been found safely.
According to police, Diandra Hooper, 25, was reported missing Wednesday afternoon after she threatened to hurt herself.
Hooper, described as 5'10" tall and 130 pounds, drives a 2010 black Ford Mustang with a Texas license plate HYP-6522.
Dallas police said Thursday morning that Hooper has been located and is safe.
