Grand Prairie police have arrested a 20-year-old they say stabbed his estranged girlfriend to death Wednesday afternoon.
According to police spokesman Mark Beseda, 20-year-old John Pauley Stover was arrested today in Dallas "as he was preparing to flee the area." He was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service's North Texas Fugitive Task Force.
