A Lancaster man posed as a 13-year-old girl as Instagram to swap nude pictures with underage boys, authorities say.
Latodd Detray Alexander, 30, was indicted Wednesday on a federal charge of attempted production of child pornography.
Lancaster police were tipped off to the case Dec. 13, when officials from North Carolina said a 12-year-old boy had sent nude photographs of himself to an Instagram user who claimed to be a girl of the same age but was actually a man in Lancaster.
