Kubota Tractor Corporation completed the purchase of 318 acres of land in the Denton County city of Ponder.
This new property, called Kubota Ranch, is about 30 miles northwest of Kubota's North American headquarters in Gravevine.
Kubota said it planned to use the land to test and showcase its products. There will be no manufacturing or distribution facilities on the property.
