The Texas Education Agency just confirmed an NBC 5 report that Commissioner Robert Scott will be in Dallas Friday to meet with Hinojosa.
Spokesperson Suzanne Marchman told NBC 5 the commish will meet with Hinojosa to discuss the current "financial status of the district."
