The Dallas Fire Department responded to an apartment fire in the 300 block of Akard Street Tuesday afternoon.
Residents were evacuated and DART services were halted for the streets near the location.
Smoke could be seen filling up the lobby of the apartment building.
No injuries were reported.

DART resumed operations after the incident was cleared.
