MAN, WOMAN FOUND DEAD IN HOME
A man and woman were found dead with stab wounds Monday afternoon inside a home in the 400 block of South Church Street, Ferris police said.  The man's brother realized he was missing from work and went to the house to check on him.  He peeked in the window and saw the 39-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman on a bed and called police, police said. POLICE:  MOM LEAVES BABY IN RESTAURANT PARKING LOT
A Dallas woman accused of leaving her 1-year-old baby in a restaurant parking lot was arrested Saturday night in east Oak Cliff, police said. Edwina Donnell, 29, was arrested at about 9:45 p.m. in the 5000 block of South Lancaster Road near Loop 12. She has been charged with child abandonment and is being held on a $3,500 bond.

KIDS BURNED BY ACID IN FOSTER CARE
Four children who were severely burned by acid in Cooke County are now out of the hospital and in foster care.  Their mother's boyfriend attempted to throw acid on her during an argument in the vehicle, but splashed the children instead, authorities said. Three of the children were abandoned at the restaurant, and an infant was left with a family member, investigators said. Arraignments for the mother, Cynthia Stout, and Traci Lynn Escobedo will be held on Friday.

TEEN STABBED AFTER MYSPACE SPAT
A 14-year-old middle school girl in Fort Worth was stabbed Monday in the chest with scissors after fighting with another girl over postings on a MySpace page. The girl suffered two small, shallow puncture wounds in the stabbing, police said. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.
