Candlelight Vigil for Health Care

Instead of a yelling, boisterous crowd, attendees at a health care vigil at White Rock Lake were quiet.

Holding candles and listening to music from a viola, hundreds of supporters of the current health care bill before Congress talked about why reform is needed.

"I can't pay $775 a month for insurance because I'm self employed," said Leanne Lewis, of Fort Worth.

The event, hosted by left-leaning, allowed attendees to talk about their health care problems and those of loved ones denied health care because of previous conditions.

A few hundred yards away, opponents of the current bill held up signs of their own against the measure.

The event ended without incident.
