An assistant Harris County attorney has been found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in a road rage incident.
Forty-six year-old Susan Marie Sciacca was found guilty Thursday. According to court records, a driver says Sciacca followed him to a parking lot after being cut off and brandished a gun on Jan. 17, 2014. The punishment phase of her trial is set to begin Friday.
Sciacca, who worked in the Family Protective Services Division at the time of the incident, is currently out on $30,000 bond.
