Oncor says over 3,000 people are without power in Grapevine.
Officials for the electric delivery company say the cause of the outage is unknown at this time.
Oncor's online outage information system showed 33 outages in the area of Grapevine around 6:36 p.m. Thursday.
Traffic in the area is being slowed due to the outages.
Oncor did not have an estimated time for restoration of power.
