Fort Worth police are asking for the public's help in locating a trained therapy dog who was stolen in a residential burglary last month.

Police said a home on 4500 block of Drake Lane was burglarized Oct. 24 between noon and 4:30 p.m.

The victim's dog Koko, a teacup Yorkshire terrier, was taken from the home and hasn't been seen since.

Koko is used as therapy for patients with Alzheimer's disease, police said.

Anyone with information on Koko's location is asked to call investigators at 817-392-4619.
