Surveillance Video Captures Burger King Drive Through Robbery

Dallas police said they need help finding the man who surveillance video captured robbing a Burger King drive through Tuesday morning. [[361197171,C]]

The man drove a blue 2001 Honda CRV to the drive-through window at the Burger King in the 3000 block of South Buckner Boulevard at 4:39 a.m. Police said he pointed a shotgun at the employee and demanded money from the register.

Police said the man then told the employee to retrieve money from the safe. The employee instead ran out the back exit.

The man then drove away in the vehicle, which police said was stolen. It has since been recovered.

Police described the man as 18-25 years old with a thin build and a short tapered hair style. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a white Nike swoosh on it.
