A CareNow in McKinney was evacuated by police due to a "suspicious briefcase" that was discovered in the waiting room.
McKinney police say the bomb squad was called out the scene before noon on Tuesday to investigate the briefcase.
McKinney police told NBC 5 the briefcase was really just a briefcase and not a bomb.
