The body of a man was pulled from the Trinity River near E. Sandy Lake Road Saturday.
Two people kayaking on the river found the body and notified authorities. The Carrollton Fire Department retrieved the man, but turned the case over to Dallas due to the location of the body.
The identity of the man has not yet been confirmed.
Dallas homicide detectives are investigating.
