Police say a homeless woman has been found slain in a Central Texas trash bin.
Austin police on Tuesday identified the victim as 34-year-old Stephanie Renee Harvey.
Investigators said Harvey's death has been ruled a homicide due to blunt force trauma.
Her body was discovered Monday afternoon by another homeless person searching the trash bin.
No one has been arrested.
