Two brothers have created what they call the perfect food truck spot in Denton. The former storefront of Ken’s Produce on 410 North Bell Avenue offers plenty of green space, something Scott and Cameron Bronfield haven’t easily found.
Backyard on Bell is set to open Oct. 1 and will operate as a food truck and bar combination.
It is the third food truck hub owned by the Bronfield brothers following two they currently own and operate in Fort Worth: The Fort Worth Food Park and The Clearfork.
The indoor space at Backyard on Bell allows the hub to operate even on days with inclement weather.
The brothers plan to build a music stage in the outdoor space similar to the neighboring business, Harvest House, for local music and community events.
They believe the stage will be a great addition and performance venue for the local music scene.
Backyard on Bell plans to have two trucks permanently parked at the location as well as two spaces available for rotating trucks to provide some variety.
