Firefighters said six people were displaced by a fire at a home in Mesquite Tuesday morning. [[399449801,C]]
Mesquite firefighters responded to the one-story home in the 3100 block of Creek Crossing Road at about 4 a.m.
The residents reportedly made it out of the home. No injuries were reported.
Red Cross responded to assist 5 adults and one child that were displaced.
Officials said the fire was out as of 5:45 a.m. The home was damaged, but not totally destroyed.
There is no word yet on the cause of fire.
