There have been power outages in North Texas following Thursday night's storms. Crews were still working to restore power early Friday morning.
In Dallas, there was a downed power line along westbound Interstate 20 service road near Cockrell Hill Road.
Crews closed off the area and took care of the wires that were still electrified.
As of 9:20 a.m. 9,000 homes in Dallas County were without power and 6,800 were without power in Tarrant County.
