4 Sheriff's Employees on Leave After Sex Assault Accusation

Authorities are investigating allegations of sexual assault at a Williamson County gathering that included three sheriff's deputies and a corrections officer.

Williamson County sheriff's Capt. Mike Gleason says the employees are on paid administrative leave after someone reported a sexual assault over the weekend.

Gleason said one of employees was accused of being involved in the assault.

The Austin American-Statesman reports the investigation has been turned over to the Texas Rangers.
