The Allen City Council has approved a planned mixed-use development on State Highway 121.
But the project won’t have the sports stadium that was originally proposed.
Previously known as Allen Sports Village, the 80-acre project will have office space, hotels, single-family homes, and retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
