When Cha Cha a.k.a Chelsea Callahan isn’t busy booking shows at the Double Wide in Deep Ellum, she is booking musicians for the free local shows on Wednesdays at Renfield’s Corner in Uptown, New Music Fridays at Mokah Coffee Bar and a series of seven free shows on the covered patio of Bar Belmont. As if that wasn't enough, she also just started her own booking agency, Manhandler Booking. We chatted her up about the theme parties she throws at the DW, her sweet accounting skills and which upcoming gigs she is most excited about.
