Baylor has received a notice of allegations from the NCAA related to the football sexual assault scandal at the school, sources familiar with the process confirmed to The Dallas Morning News Monday evening.
Among the allegations, the school is cited for "a lack of institutional control" -- a phrase associated with major violations.
