Dallas police are asking for the public's help locating a 70-year-old woman diagnosed with dementia. Sandra Spain was last seen walking about 5:40 p.m. Monday in the 3700 block of West Northwest Highway, near Dallas Love Field. Spain has brown eyes and brown or reddish hair that is balding, police said. She was wearing a white top and pants that were an unknown color. She may seem confused if located.
