Woman Shoots Husband Over Tax Return in Fort Worth

A woman shot her husband after the couple got into a fight over their tax return on Thursday morning, Fort Worth police say.The shooting happened about 7:30 a.m. in the 8800 block of Sharpview Drive. The woman said her husband has a violent history and she shot him in the abdomen when he charged at her during the argument. The husband told police that he had been shot but did not say why. He was taken to a hospital in unknown condition. Neither he nor his wife was identified.The Family Violence Unit of the Tarrant County district attorney's office was notified to decide what would happen to the woman.  Continue reading...
