Watch: Suspected Serial Thieves Pose as City Water Employees to Con Elderly, Arlington Police Say

Security footage caught a pair of thieves posing as city water employees who are believed to be conning people, primarily the elderly, across North Texas, authorities said. The burglary captured on video occurred in Arlington Feb. 4 when they told an elderly woman that they needed to check her water. Arlington police said they believe the suspects are connected to similar incidents in Irving and Richardson.
