Vehicle Flees After Killing Pedestrian Trying to Cross I-35E in North Oak Cliff

A pedestrian was killed Tuesday morning trying to cross Interstate 35E when he was hit by a vehicle that fled the scene in north Oak Cliff.It happened around 3:30 a.m. near Marsalis Avenue when a man was found dead in the roadway, Dallas Sheriff's Department officials said.No description of the vehicle was available.
