Uptown Dallas' Union Project Lands Koch Industries, Other Tenants and Is Almost Fully Leased

Uptown Dallas' new Union Dallas office tower is now more than 90 percent leased thanks to several new office deals.Koch Industries, IDI Logistics and Roscoe Property Management are moving their offices to the building at 2300 North Field Street.Wichita-based Koch Industries is an investment partner in the $350 million Union mixed-use development.The company has leased almost 5,100 square feet in the building for its Koch Real Estate Investments office, which is now located at 2515 McKinney Avenue."Our belief in this project started three years ago when we partnered with RED Development to build this best-in-class building," Jake Francis, president of Koch Real Estate Investments, said in a statement. "Upon the Union's completion, we decided to move our office to the development to provide for our continued growth and support for our employees."IDI Logistics, a developer and manager of logistics real estate in the U.S, has leased 2,841 square feet for its regional offices.And Roscoe Property Management, an apartment management company, will lease 2,566 square feet.Other office tenants in the project include at The Union Dallas include HBK Capital Management, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Primoris Services Corp., Streetlights Residential, accounting firm Weaver, MedProperties Realty Advisors, Hudson Way Capital Management and Transwestern,Along with the 22-story office tower, development includes a 31-story residential tower with 309 apartments and a shopping center anchored by a Tom Thumb urban grocery store.  Continue reading...
