Undercover Operation Leads to Two Arrests in Dallas on Suspicion of Possessing Child Porn

Two men were arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography after an undercover investigation by the Collin County Sheriff's Office and the Plano Police Department. Stanley Chia-Sheng Tsay, 34, and Edward McKoan Callaghan, 44, were arrested after authorities executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 5000 block of Pear Ridge Drive in the Collin County portion of Dallas on Wednesday. The investigation is ongoing. Investigators identified an IP address at that apartment as having download child porn videos from a file sharing network. They found images consistent with child porn on Tsay's computer, according to a probable cause affidavit. Tsay told investigators he viewed and traded child pornography.   Continue reading...
