‘The Voice' Returns for 50th Edition of Dallas Turkey Trot

On a cold and wet Thanksgiving day some 30 years ago, runners grew impatient as they waited in the rain for the Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot to start. The cause of the delay? A sound system that wasn't working because it had been hooked up to a generator — one without gas.
