Authorities are seeking a Texas man believed to have masterminded the shooting that wounded former Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz in the Dominican Republic earlier this month.According to the Houston Chronicle, Dominican officials believe Victor Hugo Gomez Vasquez, whose last known address was in the Houston suburb of Katy, ordered the plot that injured the baseball star known as "Big Papi" in a case of mistaken identity.  Continue reading...
