A couple was arrested last week by authorities in Central Texas on allegations that they kept their adopted teenage son in a wooden shed with limited access to food and no running water.An arrest-warrant affidavit obtained by the Houston Chronicle says that 62-year-old Warner Stadler and 58-year-old Suzanne Stadler were arrested Friday in Bell County on charges that included child endangerment.
