Suspect in Custody in Fatal Shooting of 31-year-old Man in Central Oak Cliff

A suspect is in custody in the shooting death of a 31-year-old man Friday night in central Oak Cliff, Dallas police say.It happened around 7:15 p.m. in the 4700 block of Village Fair Drive where police found the victim, Montavious Rudd, with a gunshot wound.Rudd was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries, police said.The suspect, 26-year-old Ethan Henry, turned himself in at Dallas Police Headquarters, waived his Miranda rights and agreed to talk to detectives, police said.He is in Dallas County Jail awaiting bond.  Continue reading...
