St. Thomas Aquinas Campuses Closed Until Tuesday Due to Flu Absences

St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School campuses will be closed until Tuesday due to excessive flu-related absences, administrators said.Both the upper and lower campuses will close starting 6 p.m. Thursday. All extracurricular activities, including athletics and Sunday Mass, are canceled through Monday.The school made the decision to close after counsel from the Diocese and Dallas County Health and Human Services, according to a letter from the school's president and principals.Other schools in Dallas Fort-Worth and around the state have closed campuses or altered schedules due to flu outbreaks.
