Irving police are searching for an elderly man who was last seen Thursday afternoon.William “Junior” Franks Jr., 83, has a cognitive impairment that may jeopardize his own health and safety, police said. He was last seen about 3 p.m. driving a gray 2013 Honda Civic with Texas license plate BZP 9240 in Irving. The car has damage to the rear driver side, police said.Franks is described as black, about 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white dress shirt with suspenders and gray pants, brown loafers and glasses, police said.
